We are working with a mainstream primary school based in Enfield that are looking for an experienced LSA to be supporting a boy in year 4 with SEMH and challenging behaviour. He has a timetable and schedules that he follows and needs someone who is a good communicator and has experience supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental health needs.
SEMH Learning Support Assistant
- Supporting students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional and mental health needs
- Supporting a child 1:1 in year 4
- Supporting young people with their learning needs
- Building strong and meaningful relationships
- Long-term role
- Working hors are 8:30 – 3:45
SEMH Learning Support Assistant Requirements;
- To have previous school or relevant experience supporting challenging behaviour
- To be resilient and passionate about helping young people succeed
- To be flexible and willing to help support across the school in primary and secondary if needed
