£80 to £100 a day PAYE
Are you looking to transition into an education-based career, or are you experienced in working within schools or with SEND and seeking a new, rewarding and exciting role?
We are seeking an individual to fill the position of 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, supporting a student with a diagnosis of Autism. Within this role, you will be supporting the students and helping them to develop both personally and academically, all whilst building a bond with them and assisting them in overcoming any barriers to learning.
Reasonable adjustments have been made to provide him with a higher level of support, including a bespoke package of regular movement breaks, a differentiated curriculum, extensive adjustments to their daily routine, chunking tasks into small steps and pastoral elements to support him with his self-esteem whilst he is at work and play. We require a highly skilled individual with experience in supporting children with ADHD and Autism.
