121 Learning Support Assistant

Parker Smith Inclusion are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced 121 Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic mainstream primary school. 

With an influx of pupils starting in their EYFS class in September, the school are seeking a passionate and dedicated 121 Learning Support Assistant to provide academic, emotional and behavioural support to a number of children who require specialist support inside and outside of the classroom.

The school has a warm and friendly atmosphere where every member of staff is valued and supported. They have excellent facilities available for both staff and pupils, a beautiful therapy dog who spends time with the children who require specialist emotional support, staff nights out, free parking, casual dress-code and excellent ongoing training. 

The school are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled 121 Learning Support Assistant to assist in enabling the pupils to achieve their full potential. As a 121 Learning Support Assistant you will work closely with the class teacher to provide individualised support to the pupils, tailoring strategies to their specific needs.

You will use your knowledge and experience to engage the children and help them overcome any barriers to learning. Whether it's supporting their literacy and numeracy skills, assisting with behaviour management or providing emotional support when needed, you will play a pivotal role in the children's progress and well-being.

You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the best possible education for the children. The friendly Senior Leadership Team will be available to support and guide you on your journey.
