We, Parker Smith Inclusion, are an ethical, people-focused SEN recruitment consultancy. We care about our job and put our people and schools, most notably our children, before profit. We have excellent working relationships with many schools and local authorities and are growing!

I am keen to speak with anyone who has experience working with children and young people with a diagnosis of autism and other additional needs.

Personality is everything; if you can hold the attention of a small group of pupils, build strong relationships with staff and pupils alike, be an outstanding role model, have the ability to remain calm in challenging scenarios, approach every situation with understanding and empathy, all whilst keeping a smile intact, then this is the perfect role for you!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, nurturing and skilled Teaching Assistants to join some excellent SEND schools across North West London. We are working in partnership with some excellent SEND schools that require hard-working and determined people to join their teams! Working with children with SEND is challenging, but the rewards are immeasurable.

Ideally, the right fit for this role will of had experience working with SEND previously; Autism experience is preferred alongside knowledge of PMLD and other complex needs. A large majority of SEND schools are "all - through" meaning they can range from early years right up to sixth form. Flexibility and a can-do attitude is essential! Some of our schools even offer teacher training - ideal for anyone who is looking for a life-long career within education

We are open to hearing from anyone with a youth work background and anyone who has graduated with a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or anything education based!

Please get in touch if you want to hear more about our SEN opportunities! You can apply by responding to this advert! Unfortunately, you have been unsuccessful in this role if you are not contacted within 5 working days. However, we will keep your CV, and you are welcome to contact us to discuss your SEND career development.

Parker Smith Inclusion is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We will help you with this. By applying for this role, you consent to Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd storing your details in our fully encrypted database, in line with the new GDPR requirements.
