Role: Behaviour Mentor
Location: North East London
Salary: £80 - £100 PAYE
Start: Immediate
I am working with a fantastic school in Redbridge who are seeking an ambitious Behaviour Mentor to join their growing team.
If you are experienced in ASD, SEMH, SLD/PMLD, SLCN, and challenging behaviour, or if you just want to get your foot in the door and gain valuable knowledge within education, I want to hear from you!
What you can expect as a SEMH Behaviour Mentor
- As a SEMH Behaviour Mentor, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and inclusive community
- Opportunities to work on a 1:1 basis with the children
- Excellent support and progression opportunities
- A PAYE structure of £80 - £100 per day!
The ideal SEMH Behaviour Mentor
- Will have experience supporting a range of SEMH students and achieving the most out of their education and development
- Experience deescalating challenging outbursts
- Can adapt to challenges whilst following appropriate protocol
