Behaviour Mentor
Location: Redbridge
Salary: £80-£100 PAYE

I am looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a passionate primary school in the London Borough of Redbridge and be a vital part of the Early Years SEN team. Some students present with SEN needs such as ASD and are non-verbal, therefore experience within a similar environment is crucial.
Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll be working alongside the pupil’s existing LSA, providing behavioural support and relief cover

Based within class and around the school, using different resources and tools to support learning

Working hours of 8:45am – 3:30pm

Support from external behavioural specialists on a weekly basis

The ideal Behaviour Mentor

The Behaviour Mentor must have experience with SEMH and extreme challenging behaviour

Intervention training such as MAPA or Team Teach is beneficial

Behaviour Mentor must have a genuine passion to make a difference

Resilience and adaptability is crucial as a Behaviour Mentor
