Do you have a passion and talent for supporting children and young people with high-functioning Autism and mental health disorders?

Do you have experience working with young people who are not able to attend mainstream school and have a diagnosis of Autism and a background of behavioural challenges?

 Are you keen to make a difference in the lives of children and young people whilst building your experience and furthering your career in SEND/SEMH?

I am working with a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) based in North London, they are looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to provide education to children who are unable to be educated in mainstream school due to Autism Spectrum conditions and behavioural difficulties. I am looking to speak to professional and committed Behaviour Mentors, even if your experience is informal/voluntary, we want to hear from you! Behaviour Mentor requirements

  • As the Behaviour Mentor you ideally have experience of working with young people with Autism, ADHD or SEMH
  • Ideally as the Behaviour Mentor you will have experience working within a PRU or similar setting
  • As the Behaviour Mentor you should have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
  • As the Behaviour Mentor you will have a passion for working with SEND
