Behaviour Mentor SEMH School – Immediate start

I am currently closely working with an excellent school based in Croydon that is looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor in SEMH to start immediately. At this school, they specialise in SEMH, ASD/ADHD, offering a safe, stimulating, and safe environment for every pupil. I am looking to find a candidate who has a true passion for working within this sector and wants to make a huge difference in children’s lives.

Behaviour Mentor requirements

  • Essential - A real passion for SEMH/SEND.
  • Beneficial - Experience of working with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties and learning difficulties, or experience with SEMH, trauma, social communication
  • Essential - Able to build strong meaningful relationships with the students.
  • Essential - Able to deal with challenging behaviour.
