We are working closely with an outstanding SEN primary school based in the borough of Hounslow. The school is primarily for pupils with Autism/ASC with behavioural challenges; this role would require determination, leadership skills and a nurturing nature. This Behaviour Teaching Assistant position requires strong behaviour management due to the needs of the pupils so the right candidate for this role will of had experience working with challenging behaviours previously and any extra training/qualifications in this field would be fantastic.

The school is looking to appoint an energetic, patient, firm but kind Behaviour Teaching Assistant to be based across a mix of different KS2 year groups. The school are welcoming applications from anyone with a background in supporting children and young people with Autism and challenging behaviour, this could be in a youth work or non-education-based background.
