We are working with a great school that has been put in place to make a change and a difference in pupil’s life when they may not have been given the possibility before and pushed aside. This could be your time to provide the pupils with the second chance that they need to be able to succeed in further education and have a better option when it comes to them starting their careers. This pupil referral unit has primary-aged students through to Year 11 of secondary school. They are looking for a keen and passionate teaching assistant to help direct their pupils in the right direction, giving them all the materials they need to succeed.

  • Experience in MAPA/PECS/Team Teach or other interventions would be highly valued.
  • The ideal Behaviour teaching assistant will go above and beyond to change the lives of young people.
  • The candidate will excel in building a solid rapport with students and staff.
  • The ideal Behaviour Teaching Assistant can adjust to and overcome challenges whilst following appropriate protocol.
