The ideal Behaviour Teaching Assistant
- The ideal Behaviour Teaching Assistant will have experience working within a classroom environment, specifically with SEMH and will be confident with challenging behaviours
- You will also have experience supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional,and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- You should be able to provide efficient academic support within the classroom
- Resilience and adaptability are crucial alongside the ability to set and maintain boundaries
- The ability to form lasting relationships between staff and students is a must
