I am looking to speak to anyone who has relevet experience supporting children & adults with behavioural challenges. We are currently working alongside a fantastic school who cater for children aged 11-16. The school has over 100 pupils across KS3 & KS4 year groups and they support children with extreme behaviours and Social Emotional Mental Health Difficulties.

We are looking for enthusiastic, nurturing and skilled people to join their team. The rewards in this position are immeasurable, this role really gives you the chance to make a difference to the pupils lives.

Ideally, the right fit for this role will of had experience working with SEND previously, Autisim experience is preferred alongside knowledge of SEMH and other complex mental health needs. Anyone from a youth work background would be considered for this position. These types of schools are really well suited to those with creative backgrounds and graduates.
