A unique and exciting opportunity to work with an Ofsted graded 'Outstanding' school providing small group teaching to d/Deaf children and young people aged 11-18, who are experiencing a mental health crisis in the UK.

Located in the heart of Wandsworth, South London, this specialist unit are dedicated to providing holistic care and education for young individuals with complex mental health needs. As these students are d/Deaf or hard of hearing, a minimum of British Sign Language Level 2 is required, with higher levels of BSL being desirable.

Do you have…

  • Experience within an education and/or care setting?
  • A minimum of BSL Level 2 or equivalent understanding of British Sign Language?
  • A flexible, resilient, and pro-active attitude?
  • A Psychology degree or equivalent?
  • A genuine passion for building strong bonds with young people who have mental health difficulties and additional needs?
