Business Administrator

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Hours 09.00 am – 17.00pm

Salary: £21,000 Per year PAYE 

Location – East London

Do you have experience working within an admin/ PA role?

Are you looking to work with a team who goes above and beyond for their pupils?

I’m working with a non-profit organisation that works with 16-24-year-olds who haven’t been able to obtain their qualifications, such as GCSEs; they aim to give these students opportunities and outcomes, for example, to go on to college, apprenticeships or even work. They are looking for an individual to join their team to assist with the administration.

What does the Business administrator role include?

  • As the business administrator, you will have to answer the phones and be able to direct the call and deal with any queries
  • General admin duties (Scanning, filing, and shredding)
  • Data entry and working on a spreadsheet
  • Support the contracts and operation manager

The ideal business administrator

  • As the business administrator, you should always be able to conduct yourself professionally and confidently as you will be dealing with highly sensitive information.
  • Are you someone who can work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
  • As the business admin should be able to manage and prioritise a busy workload to support a busy senior leadership team
