College SEND Teaching Assistant 

Lambeth area

ASAP Start 

£80 - £90 PAYE

Would you like to change lives as a SEN Teaching Assistant working with Students with SEND including ASD?

A great opportunity has arisen to work with young people with autism in a college in the Southwark/Lambeth area. The role allows the chance to work alongside a wide range of students as they prepare for life after education. This includes lessons and activities based around what interests the students such as vocational skills and hobbies such as gardening and art. As Sen Teaching Assistant you will be helping the 19 to 25 year olds with these activities and lessons, supporting them and encouraging whenever possible.

The can be fun and rewarding as you learn some new skills alongside them, build bonds and help them get ready for life beyond education. Experience is desirable however not essential and trainees and graduates are welcome. So if this sounds like the ideal role for you, please go ahead apply!
