I am seeking an experienced SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming mainstream primary school based in Camden. Some students present SEND needs such as ASD and are non-verbal, therefore experience is crucial this can be work experience or personal experience with SEND.

The ideal Early Years Teaching Assistant
- Working within a school is essential
- Has experience working with non-verbal students
- Will have experience supporting a range of SEN students and achieving the most out of their education and development
- Experience working on a 1:1 basis or in small groups is beneficial
- Passion for transforming lives and leaving a lasting impact
- Can adapt to challenges whilst following appropriate protocol
