The role
I am looking for a learning support experience with solid experience working with challenging behaviour. This fantastic opportunity is a Learning Support Assistant role in a specialist primary school based in Havering.
The child presents with very challenging behaviour, so, therefore, needs robust, resilient members of staff to support them through their academic journey.
This role is extremely rewarding as you can build up an excellent rapport with the student and really see your progress with them day in, day out.
The ideal candidate
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have previous experience of working with vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviour. You must be resilient, adaptable and ready to take on a challenge!
