Start date: ASAP

Working in a mainstream secondary school with students with variety of SEND – ASD, Learning Difficulties and SEMH and Behavioural Challenges.

Location: Enfield 

PAYE only - £80-£90 per day

 

This role is working 39 weeks per year during school term time and INSET plus 6 weeks holiday to be taken during school closure periods.

 

I am actively recruiting for SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs within a mainstream setting. When working with children with SEN, it is important to find ways to engage and break through barriers in communication with children and this role requires a resilient and determined individual to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children. It is difficult for children who have trouble communicating their needs and can be frustrating for them - the ideal candidate understands that empathy is key. 

 

The ideal candidate may have…

  • Experience with children with SEND (personally or professionally)
  • Resilient and determined personality – dedicated to making a change and earning the small wins!
