Head of Learning Support - Newham - Mainstream school - Temp to perm
We are working with a mainstream school in East London that are looking for a Head of Learning Support, responsible for SEND Teachers, HLTAs and SEND TAs across the school.
This role would suit someone with SENCO experience or someone who has previously lead a SEND provision. The Head of Learning Support is accountable for the raising of attainment, achievement and progress of students with complex SEN, disabilities, or medical needs, who are supported by the SEND department.
The role is to manage approx 17 members of staff and be accountable to the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion.
