About the SEND school
This wonderful and reputable purpose built SEND school has a 200 strong workforce and caters for children with autism and/or complex needs. The school has excellent facilities including therapy rooms, outdoor sensory garden and plenty more! The school has over 300 children and YP with SEND on roll and a budget of over £10 million pound.
About the Head of Operations role
- Supporting leadership and management of schools business support services
- Manage Ops Manager, ICT Manager, Business Development and Project Manager
- Lead schools business management functions
- Lead and manage all staff and contractors who fall into Admin, Facilities, IT, business support
