Contract Learning Support Assistant – SEMH Role

The Role: We are seeking for a Contract Learning Support Assistant to join us in an SEN school setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant and ideally from a Behaviour background with particular experience skills in this. You will be supporting the education of the students and helping them to reach their full potential, as well as developing essential positive social, personal and academic skills.

We are looking for:

• Experience in Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistance
• Experience pf supporting students with challenging behaviours
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
