Role: SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Redbridge

Pay: £80 - £100 Pay As You Earn (PAYE)

Type of School: ASD, SEMH and associated needs

I am looking for a talented SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in the London Borough of Redbridge. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable students with a variety of needs, including ASD, SEMH, SLCN etc.

The perfect SEND Teaching Assistant

  • The perfect SEND Teaching Assistant will have some experience working with SEN, within a work or personal setting
  • Must be passionate about supporting young students and committed to making a positive difference
  • The SEND Teaching Assistant must be resilient and can adapt to challenging situations
  • Experience using Makaton or PECS is beneficial
