Nurture Assistant

£475 - £500 Per Week PAYE

We are currently seeking a passionate Nurture Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a permanent role, Monday to Friday during term time, with interviews scheduled ASAP.

Requirements for the Nurture Assistant:

  • If you've got previous experience handling challenging behaviours, whether in a PRU, SEMH school, or through roles like Pastoral Officer or Youth Work, we want to hear from you!
  • Your knack for supporting students with both physical and emotional challenges is invaluable to us.
  • Quick to build rapport with colleagues and students alike, you're a natural at fostering connections.
  • While formal de-escalation training is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker. Our school offers specialised training to equip you for success.
  • An intrinsic curiosity about mental health and a deep understanding of behaviours as a form of communication are must-haves.
