Positive Behaviour Teaching Assistant role:
- Supporting students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional and mental health needs
- Class sizes will be no more than 6 students
- Working 1:1 and within small groups
- Supporting young people with their learning needs
- Building strong and meaningful relationships
Positive Behaviour Teaching Assistant requirements:
- To have previous school or relevant experience supporting challenging behaviour
- To be resilient and passionate about helping young people succeed
- If you have a passion for sports, music or other interests this can be welcomed into the role
- To be flexible and willing to help support across the school in primary and secondary if needed
