Are you a specialist SEN Teacher seeking an exciting opportunity teaching a KS1/KS2 group in a SEND school setting?
Do you want to work in a new and expanding purpose built SEND school who offer extensive CPD and who take staff wellbeing very seriously?
About the SEND Teacher role
The successful SEN Teacher will prepare, plan and deliver lessons to a small group of Yr1 and Yr2 pupils who are pre verbal with SLD and PMLD needs. The group are focused on sensory learning - colours music etc.
The ideal SEND Teacher
The ideal SEN Teacher will be driven to succeed and teach children with special educational needs. SEND school experience is desirable but equally a strong EYFS teacher would be able to take their first steps into a SEND school due to the experienced support staff and supportive teaching and leadership team.
