Do you have experience teaching SEN students?
Parker Smith seeks a Primary and Secondary Teachers for SEMH and Autism schools in South East London. The schools cater for students who are unable to access mainstream education due to their SEN needs.
What we are looking for in Primary or Secondary SEN Teachers:
- Deliver high-quality and nurturing teaching.
- QTS is preferred, however, relevant unqualified SEN teaching experience is highly valued.
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of each student.
- Provide differentiated instruction to students who may require additional support in their learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, using a range of assessment methods and tools.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student well-being and success.
