Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – EYFS

Do you have Level 3 in childcare qualification?

Salary - £80 - £90 Per Day PAYE

Location – Tower Hamlets

September Start 

Personal Care maybe required

Would you like to support a small group of students and help them reach their full potential?

I am seeking a passionate and proactive Primary SEN Teaching Assistant working with students in early years and KS1 to join a friendly and ambitious team in Tower Hamlets. As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of SEN students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning. The school we are currently working with are a mainstream primary school with SEN classrooms, ensuring they meet the needs of all their SEN children, the successful Primary SEN Teaching Assistant will be based in this classroom, assisting student with SEN, they will be provided with specific training assisting with career development .

The ideal Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

  • The Primary SEN Teaching Assistant should have level 3 in childcare qualification
  • Has experience supporting students within early years or reception, assisting children with special educational needs
  • The ideal Primary SEN Teaching Assistant should be punctual
  • The Primary SEN Teaching Assistant SHOULD have experience working with SEN
  • Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
  • Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all times
