Primary Teaching Assistant
Salary - £400 - £450 Per Week PAYE
Location – Hackney

Would you like to support a small group of students and help them reach their full potential?
I am seeking a passionate and proactive Primary Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and ambitious team in East London. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of SEN students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning. Assisting with personal care is a necessity of this role.
This team pride themselves in their compassionate child-centred approach that promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and progression.
The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant
- Has experience supporting students with complex needs or managing challenging behaviour – even if you do not have experience, I want to hear from you!
- The ideal Teaching Assistant must be resilient and adapt to difficult situations
- Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
- Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all times
