School Counsellor - PRU Location: Central London Contract: Temp to Perm / Full-Time Start Date: ASAP About the Role: A Central London Pupil Referral Unit is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counsellor to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work with young people who face complex emotional, behavioural, and social challenges, providing therapeutic support to help them overcome barriers to learning and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counselling sessions tailored to the needs of students. Support students with emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, and other SEMH challenges. School Admin Support - 1 day a week - Plaistow Admin Support for Inclusion Leader - Required ASAP up to £100 per day PAYE An Inclusion Leader for a MS Primary school in Plaistow (Newham) is requiring some admin support 1 day per week, to simply support her with emails, annual reviews, consensus, organising general administration for her. This is a fantastic school that have high standards for their staff and their pupils. You must be able to demonstrate independence, pro-activity, initiative with the ability to not require micro-management. Must have strong computer skills and understanding of outlook, word and excel. Training and peer support are provided, although confidence with reports and professional discussion will help. Autonomy matters here. You’ll manage your own diary, shape your weeks, and use your clinical judgement without unnecessary barriers. Collaboration matters too.
