PRU Behaviour Mentor - East London

Location - Newham

PAYE - £85-£100 Per day

Are you a PRU Behaviour Mentor who has a passion and talent for supporting children and young people who cannot access mainstream education?

I am actively seeking an engaging and passionate Behaviour Mentor to work in a PRU setting that provides education to children who are unable to be educated in a mainstream school due to behaviour difficulties. I am looking to speak to professional and committed PRU Behaviour Mentors to work in a PRU setting in East London.

Are you a PRU Behaviour Mentor with experience working in a PRU or similar setting? Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, I want to hear from you! The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behaviour challenges.

PRU Behaviour Mentor requirements

  • Experience of working with young people with SEMH, behavioural issues, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication
  • Learning Mentor/ Youth Worker / Behaviour Mentor experience  
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
  • A passion for working with SEND is essential
