We here at Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a wonderful Mainstream Primary in the London Borough of Havering that are seeking a Health Care/Welfare Assistant. This is a fantastic Ofsted rated Good school with community at the heart of everything they do. They are seeking a professional Healthcare/Welfare Assistant that can support their children coming into the school in September with complex needs.

 

Essential experience

  • Mickey Peg feeding
  • Insulin Injections
  • Suction
  • General First Aid and Paediatric First Aid

 

This role would suit someone who…

  • Has experience as a Heath Care Assistant
  • Has experience working with children with complex needs
  • Holds a Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Manual Handling certificates
  • First aid certificates
  • Has worked as a HCA in hospitals, but now may be looking for shorter hours
