The role
I am working with a lovely SEN school in Hounslow who are looking for a School HR Administrator join their friendly team! The school is a very large SEND school who have a large team of staff and they need support in their HR department.
You should have a proven track record of:
- Excellent administrative skills
- Use of Bromcom or SIMS
- HR knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of health and safety
- Leading, organising and directing the work of others
- Responding quickly to changing circumstances
- Knowing the importance of keeping accurate and up to date records
- Working professionally and in a timely manner
- Effectively using Microsoft applications such as word and excel
- The ability to work off of your own initiative
