CONTRACT TYPE: Temp to Perm (ASAP start on temp - September permanent)

The role

I am working with a lovely school in Barking and Dagenham who are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their friendly team! They are a small school specialising in children who all have social, emotional and mental health challenges. They are looking for an experienced, professional Senior Administrator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage the school office and reception staff. You will report to the headteacher and have line management responsibility for key support staff.

 

You should have a proven track record of:

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Use of Bromcom or SIMS
  • HR knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of health and safety
  • Leading, organising and directing the work of others
  • Responding quickly to changing circumstances
  • Knowing the importance of keeping accurate and up to date records
  • Working professionally and in a timely manner
  • Effectively using Microsoft applications such as word and excel
  • The ability to work off of your own initiative
