Immediate Start - Temp-Perm - £80-£100 a day PAYE

I am seeking a graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor to assist children with SEMH in their ICT and Science lessons. The school is based in Southwest London and the ideal candidate must have a passion for working with children with high complex SEMH needs.

Brief overview:

· ICT/Science Teaching Assistant

· £80-£100 a day PAYE (depending on experience)

· Location: Southwest London

· SEMH school for children with a diagnosis of SEMH and co-morbid needs

· Ability to engage children with SEND is essential

· 4 pm finish time

About the role:

As an ICT/Science teaching assistant, you will be responsible for helping to deliver engaging lessons for smaller groups of children with severe SEMH. This will be a chance to support children with special needs within their learning and assist them to learn useful life skills. Having knowledge of iMedia would be beneficial. 

Requirements for the role:

· Emotional resilience with a positive mindset.

· Team player who can build rapport with children, staff and parents.

· Wants to improve own skillset by learning new specialist skills.

· Determination to improve the child’s social, emotional and mental health development.
