SEMH Teaching Assistant

London Borough of Redbridge

£80 - £100 PAYE

The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant

  • The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will have experience working within a similar environment, specifically with SEMH and will be confident with challenging behaviours
  • Due to students following the GCSE curriculum, the candidate should be able to provide efficient academic support within the classroom
  • Resilience and adaptability are crucial alongside the ability to set and maintain boundaries
  • The ability to form lasting relationships between staff and students is a must
