I’m on the hunt for a passionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic SEN school in Wandsworth, South West London. This school supports students with a diagnosis of high-functioning ASD, SEMH and associated conditions.
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be fully supported by an excellent team of experienced professionals who are all driven by the fulfilment of making a genuine change in students’ lives.
What am I looking for?
- Experience isn’t essential, but a strong passion for SEN is a must
- As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the student’s academic, social, and emotional journeys,
- The ability to build secure rapport with both students and staff
- The desire to go above and beyond
- Resilience, flexibility and proactivity
