Permanent Contract – SEN Behaviour Mentor  

Up to £22,000 Per Annum depending on experience

SEN Behaviour Mentor Role – the perfect candidate;

The perfect SEN Behaviour Mentor would have previous experience working alongside young males in SEMH secondary schools, PRUs, or challenging inner-city schools. The perfect candidate would have experience in working with SEMH/dysregulation and would know how to overcome behavioural challenges. The perfect SEN Behaviour Mentor would be able to build relationships with young males, acting as their role model.

What would this role involve?

We are now recruiting for a SEN Behaviour Mentor who can help meet the individual needs of each student, to join the school’s permanent staff team. This Secondary school acknowledges each student's rights and ensures they have the right to learn and develop. The perfect SEN Behaviour Mentor would need to be able to work alongside a multidisciplinary team; They want the SEN Behaviour Mentor to be committed to helping each individual student’s improvement and ensuring they have high quality education.
