SEN Learning Support Assistant Role

 

Parker Smith Inclusion are looking for passionate, dedicated, and reliable Learning Support Assistants to join our team and work in a secondary Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) School in Barnet, London. This is an exciting role to help support transformational change at an incredibly rewarding level with children of all ages.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have positive and engaging approach which is focused on being a highly motivated. Experience in the SEND sector is beneficial but not essential. The most important thing is being willing to learn, having a natural understanding of individual needs and a genuine passion to help children with needs grow their learning and support their development.

The successful applicant will hold responsibility for understanding and following care plans, attending and participating in reviews, liaising with parents and/or carers, contributing to multi-disciplinary teams as required, and report writing as necessary.
