We’re looking for a dedicated Nurture Teaching Assistant to provide essential support to KS3 students facing significant behavioural challenges. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the development of vulnerable children who need it the most.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with children or young people with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, learning difficulties, or SEMH, trauma, and mental health issues.
- Background as a Learning Support or Teaching Assistant.
- A nurturing, caring attitude with a proactive, flexible approach.
- The ability to build strong rapport with disengaged students.
- Patience and understanding, particularly in supporting children transitioning back to school.
