I am looking for heartening Teaching Assistants with a passion for working with children with special educational needs. Working with children with SEN is an incredibly rewarding role emotionally where every day is a unique experience.
This is a special needs school, and as such, the school has adopted a creative approach, with lots of play based activities to stimulate learning and ensure all children have the ability to break down barriers to their education.
They have fantastic facilities at the school including dedicated sensory rooms and therapy suite to support the additional needs of our pupils
Your role, as a SEN Teaching Assistant, is to support learners both inside and outside of the classroom. You should be encouraging, inspiring, and a positive role model to the students.
