We are working with a SEN school that is based in Enfield and are looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their welcoming team. The school caters to students aged from 3 – 19 years with a range of SEND. Key Responsibilities Learning Support Assistant Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEND, helping them access the curriculum. Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher. Support students with personal care needs when necessary (e.g., toileting, feeding, dressing). Use visual aids, Makaton, or other communication tools to support students with communication difficulties. Promote social interaction, independent learning, and self-esteem in all students.
