We here at Parker Smith are working with a wonderful, all girls, Mainstream Secondary School in the London Borough of Havering, They have brilliant facilities, on site gallery, farm, miniature railway, 3G all weather pitch, well being hub as well as much more. All of these facilities contribute to a great learning environment for all. They really focus on the wellbeing of their staff and students.
Working as a SEN TA would suit somebody-

Able to work with smaller groups or individuals. This could be by managing behaviour in class, helping them to develop their communication skills with peers or planning activities in line with class lessons that could be easier for them to understand.
