This special school is expanding in September and looking to recruit permanent SEN teachers to support pupils with autism, complex needs, and severe learning difficulties.

Furthermore, the school belongs to a large trust of mainstream primary schools across East London and Essex, offering development and progression opportunities within the trust. Focused on retaining and training high quality staff, this trust is dedicated to finding solutions to the pressures facing education staff in the UK and to focus on finding balanced solutions to improve life as a teacher in London and Essex.

The ideal SEN Teacher may be/have…

  • Experience working with pupils with SEND.
  • Adaptable and flexible in their approach
  • QTS/QTLS preferred - but we also welcome applications from experienced Unqualified Teachers!!
  • Confident with new classes and working with a range of pupil needs.
  • Fun and engaging – able to take lesson plans and give them life!
  • Looking for a variable, interesting and unique role
  • Open to progression, development, and training opportunities
