They have friendly and experienced teams who support each individual child's learning and dedicate their time to unlocking potential in their students. Their fantastic leadership tam will provide you with excellent support in your role.

The perfect SEN Teacher-

  • Can use learning objectives to plan, evaluate and differentiate lessons
  • Is able to manage the work and development of support staff
  • Happy to be creative in your teaching to support the needs of the children beyond the National Curriculum/EYFS
  • Has a love and passion for education
  • Confident in communicating effectively with pupils, parents and carers
  • Willing to collaborate and work with colleagues and other professionals particularly the Speech and Language Therapist and Educational Psychologist
  • Can create professional relationships with their amazing team 
  • Is nurturing, kind, patient and understanding
