SEN Teacher – Essex

I am actively searching for passionate, dedicated, and ambitious individuals to fill positions for SEN Teachers in a Special School in Essex. This Essex school caters for students with severe or profound learning difficulties, alongside diagnoses of ASD and physical or sensory impairments.

This school believes that real success comes from helping others and making valuable contributions to society and are searching for likeminded individuals ready to make a difference in the lives of children with SEN. Furthermore, a team of specialist therapists work onsite to assist both students and staff, contributing to the community atmosphere at the school.

The ideal candidate should have/be…

  • QTS/QTLS
  • SEN qualifications or experience, be it formal or informal!
  • The ability to work and support students with severe or profound learning difficulties.
  • Able to observe, assess and support students and set strategies and behaviour targets based on reports and observations.
  • To work alongside Management, SENCOs, and other faculty staff
  • Prepared to offer advice to parents.
