I am seeking a passionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant working with students in early years and KS1 to join a friendly and ambitious team in Tower Hamlets. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of SEN students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning. The school we are currently working with are a mainstream primary school with SEN classrooms, ensuring they meet the needs of all their SEN children, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be based in this classroom, assisting student with SEN, they will be provided with specific training assisting with career development .

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant
- The SEN Teaching Assistant should have level 3 in childcare qualification
- Has experience supporting students within early years or reception, assisting children with special educational needs
- The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant should be punctual
- The SEN Teaching Assistant SHOULD have experience working with SEN
- Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
- Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all times
