Are you looking to work in a welcoming and nurturing mainstream primary school?
I am working with an outstanding mainstream primary school based in Enfield who are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their SEN team. You will be working in Year 4 across the year group where there are 7 children with EHCPs, the needs range and includes ASD, ADHD, learning and cognition, Speech and Language. This will be working with a team of LSA across year 4.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role would really suit applicants with experience working with children with SEN in a school environment, however the school may consider applicants who personal experience with SEN, or who truly care about having a positive effect on the lives of SEN children.

Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant;
- Experience working with SEN is desirable, but anyone with a positive energy and willingness to learn and contribute is key!
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting would be fantastic, however this is not essential.
- An ability to provide a calming and presence while being engaging.
- A bubbly and energetic mindset with a good sense of fun.
- An ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
