The role
I am looking for inspirational Teaching Assistants with a love and passion for working with children with special educational needs. Working with children with SEN is the most rewarding career, with a guarantee that no two days are ever the same!
You do not need previous experience for this role, you just need to be passionate and genuinely care about supporting children with SEN!
This is a special needs school, and as such, the school has adopted a creative approach, with lots of play based activities to stimulate learning and ensure all children have the ability to break down barriers to their education.
They have fantastic facilities at the school including a swimming pool, multiple sensory rooms, external therapists and a therapy dog!
Your role, as a SEN Teaching Assistant, is to support learners both inside and outside of the classroom. You should be encouraging, inspiring, and an all round positive role model!
