We here at Parker Smith are currently working with a fantastic two form entry Mainstream Primary School in the London Borough of Havering. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support their students with SEND. Working within children with SEND is such a rewarding opportunity and you will go home and know you have made a difference, what an amazing end to your day! Experience working within SEND is always brilliant but equally the passion to work with SEND and the determination to learn can be enough. They have a really friendly supportive team that all work together to create a happy and wonderful environment  for their children. The perfect SEN Teaching Assistant should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be empathetic, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. As a successful Teaching Assistant you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities.
