CONTRACT TYPE: Long Term

PAY: £80-90 per day

The role

I have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring teacher to take on a role in a mainstream Primary school located in Romford. This school has an excellent reputation for supporting aspiring teachers and giving them the experience they need to start their career. This particular role is based within the classroom supporting pupils with SEN. Working with SEN is such a rewarding role, so rest assured that you will finish each and every day with a strong sense of achievement! Experience is not essential however, a strong, bubbly personality is!

 

The ideal candidate

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant would best suit an enthusiastic individual looking to gain experience working with children within a SEN educational environment. The successful Teaching  Assistant for this role must have a genuine passion for working with young, vulnerable people. You should be empathetic, kind and keen to learn! The SEN Teaching Assistant should be a positive role model and spread positivity! Having the ability to build a good rapport both with young people and the classroom teacher are essential as good relationships are key to succeed as a SEN Teaching Assistant
